Located in the commune of Lubersac, in the heart of a peaceful and green environment, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and superb sunsets from the terrace.
On the ground floor: The cottage has a large, bright living room including a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, open to a convivial dining area and a comfortable lounge with television.
This space provides direct access to a large furnished terrace, ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. There you will find a 6 x 3 meter heated chlorine swimming pool, 1.30 meters deep, open from April 1st to the end of October, weather permitting.
It also includes:
2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds;
Two private bathrooms adjoining the bedrooms, one with a toilet.
A separate toilet.
The outdoor areas have been designed to take full advantage of the natural surroundings:
