Located in the commune of Lubersac, in the heart of a peaceful and verdant setting, this magnificent cottage can accommodate up to 12 people. You will enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and superb sunsets from the terrace.
On the ground floor: The cottage has a large, bright living room including a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, open to a convivial dining area and a comfortable lounge with television.
This space provides direct access to a large furnished terrace, ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. There you will find a 6 x 3 meter heated chlorine swimming pool, 1.30 meters deep, open from April 1st to the end of October, weather permitting.
It also includes:
2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds;
Two private bathrooms adjoining the bedrooms, one with a toilet.
A separate toilet.
