This recently built (2006) residence is located on the snow front, right next to the Vanoise Express gondola and chairlift, and houses the French Ski School (ESF) and a daycare center. Ideal for families with young children, the residence comprises 33 apartments, most with covered parking spaces.

Comprising an entrance, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a single bunk bed, a bedroom with 1 double bed and en suite shower room with WC, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, plenty of storage in the bedroom, a bathroom with bath and separate WC, a large modern living room with fully equipped American kitchen opening onto a dining area leading to a south-facing balcony and a lounge area with corner sofa (no sleeping space) leading to a west-facing balcony with views of the mountain and valley.
Access to the slopes, ESF meeting point and daycare is direct and you will benefit from a parking space n°78 in the residence at no extra charge as well as a beautiful view of the valley, Bellecôte Massif from the living room and slopes from one of the rooms.
The extra touch: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays).

A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
