The owner's note, Lola
The Belvédère residence is a 1970s building located in a quiet area of the Aiguilles district, at an altitude of 1650 meters in the Plan-Peisey resort. The residence does not have an elevator. The apartments offer panoramic views facing southeast to southwest. The ski slopes are just 50 meters away, and within 100 meters you will find the resort center, ski school, and shops.
Apartment of approximately 40m², renovated, located on the 3rd floor in a quiet residence in Plan Peisey, on the edge of the slopes. Main entrance on the same floor.
Rented for 6 people, it consists of an entrance, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with washing machine and separate WC, a kitchen area opening onto a living room with sofa bed.
The apartment faces northwest and has immediate access to the slopes.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob. Washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only 6 years and older), 1 sofa bed
Bathroom facilities: one bathroom and separate toilet
Possibility of using the closed and uncovered parking lot located at the foot of the residence, subject to availability and without reservation.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds, which must be left clean. The beds must be made properly, with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning all fabrics due to odor
