A small, quiet, and sunny 4-story residence built in the 2000s, without an elevator, located a 5-minute walk from the slopes. Ski-in access is possible for experienced skiers, and there is free, public parking available along the road below the residence.

Under the eaves, in a small residence located 200m from the slopes and shops, this tastefully renovated apartment is rented for 8 people without beds in the living room.
It consists of an entrance vestibule, 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds and 2 single beds, a shower room and a bathroom, two separate toilets, one of which is located in the laundry room.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room which leads to two balconies facing south and west, offering exceptional views of the valley.
The living room is large and bright and features a closed-hearth fireplace.
You have the option to reserve a closed garage in the residence for an additional fee.
The extra touch: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays).

You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds, which must be left clean. The beds must be made properly, with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
