The owner's note, Lola
This condominium, located near the slopes, is less than a 5-minute walk from the shops. There is an upper entrance near which you can park to unload your luggage and a lower entrance that allows you to quickly reach the shops. A free, covered communal parking lot is located in front of the condominium, less than 100 meters away. The slopes are easily accessible and very close (about fifty meters). There are several levels of ski lockers, and access instructions will be provided upon arrival.
20m² apartment in a residence close to the slopes and shops. Rented for 2 adults and 1 child maximum, the apartment consists of an entrance hall with storage, a sleeping area with a sofa bed (120cm) more suitable for a child, a bathroom with separate toilet, a kitchen area opening onto a living room equipped with a set of trundle beds.
The apartment faces east and also has a small ground-level terrace opening onto a common area, ideal for letting children play in the snow in complete safety.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, mini oven, microwave, electric hob. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid Wi-Fi available at the agency upon reservation.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 set of trundle beds, 1 convertible to 120cm (the legs are removable, to be taken out manually). Please note that the bed above the sofa is not usable.
Sanitary facilities: A bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be issued without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress covers must not be removed from beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress cover, €300 for the replacement of furniture.
