This recently built (2006) residence is located on the snow front, right next to the Vanoise Express gondola and chairlift, and houses the French Ski School (ESF) and a daycare center. Ideal for families with young children, the residence comprises 33 apartments, most with covered parking spaces.
Comfortable 40 m² apartment located in a secure residence built in 2006 in Plan Peisey. Ski-in/ski-out access, ESF ski school meeting point and daycare at the foot of the residence, as well as a space in covered parking.
This apartment, rented for 4 people, consists of an entrance, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with separate WC, an open kitchen leading to the living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people.
This apartment has a large terrace accessible from the living room and bedroom.
Located on the 6th floor, with elevator access, you will enjoy a pleasant view of the slopes from the terrace.

You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
Sports shop, ESF (French Ski School) and daycare in the residence.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning all fabrics due to odor
