The Orres Agency presents this 25 m² studio apartment, furnished for 4 people, located on the 6th floor of the "Les Gradins" residence. From the furnished, south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a splendid view of the mountains and pleasant natural light. This accommodation has also been awarded the "1 Larch" label by the Orres Tourist Office.
You will be ideally located in the heart of the Orres 1650 resort, in close proximity to all shops (mini-markets, bakery, souvenir shops, restaurants) and a short walk from the snow front and the ski lifts.
In the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, raclette and fondue set.
For sleeping arrangements, you'll find a bunk bed (80 x 190cm) in the mountain-style alcove by the entrance, and a sofa bed (140 x 190cm) in the living room. A bathroom with a bathtub, equipped with a hairdryer to lighten your luggage, and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.
You will also have a private ski locker to store your ski equipment.
