The Agence des Orres offers you this beautiful 3-room apartment located on the 3rd floor of the "Les" building in the Hauts de Préclaux residence. Perfectly located to make the most of the shops, restaurants, and activities that the resort has to offer and offering a magnificent view of the slopes, it will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in its 55.70 m².
It opens onto an entrance hallway with storage and giving access to the two bedrooms on your left, then serving in order the shower room with WC and shower, the bathroom, and finally leading to the spacious living room with kitchenette and balcony overlooking the slopes.
You will have a 140 x 190 cm double bed with storage in each of the two bedrooms, an 80 x 190 cm bunk bed in the sleeping area and a 140 x 190 cm convertible sofa in the living room.
You will find the apartment equipped for cooking delicious meals with all the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as a kettle, filter coffee maker and toaster for breakfast and a dishwasher to make your vacation easier.
The Hauts de Préclaux residence forms the heart of the Orres 1800 resort, hosting the majority of shops and activities, and being located just below the start of the slopes; you will therefore be as close as possible to the action!
You will also benefit from direct access by elevator to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, as well as its sauna and fitness room (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
Finally, you will have two private ski lockers in the building.
LITTLE TIP: for a smooth arrival, remember to reserve a double parking space, for two vehicles, in the residence's underground car park providing direct access to the accommodation via the elevator (to be reserved directly with the agency, at an additional cost and subject to availability).
