The Agence des Orres offers you this welcoming 35 m² apartment, ideal for a "ski-in/ski-out" stay in the heart of Les Orres 1800.
Located in the "Les Valérianes" building in Hauts de Préclaux, you will have easy access to all the amenities of the shopping area: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski rental shops, souvenir shop... As soon as you leave the ski room, where you will have a private box, put on your skis and set off to conquer the Les Orres ski area!
The east-facing balcony offers a magnificent view of the slopes, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, a sleeping area with two single beds 80 x 190 cm, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room has a lounge with a sofa bed for 2 people with a television; a dining area that can accommodate 6 guests at the table and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, etc.
You can also enjoy a moment of relaxation thanks to access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool as well as the sauna cabins and the fitness room (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
