The owner's note, Anaïs
This cottage, situated on a 3.5-hectare estate near the owner's house, accommodates up to 8 people in a peaceful, green setting. Each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort in all seasons. An unoccupied barn is also located near the cottage, offering complete privacy from the outdoor living areas.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite shower room with WC. The living area comprises a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, separated by a small interior step. A separate WC is also located in the utility room, near the kitchen. The kitchen opens directly onto an outdoor terrace, oriented to ensure the occupants' privacy. In front of the terrace, a fully fenced private garden of 500 m² completes the outdoor space.
Upstairs, the cottage has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a 140cm double bed and en-suite shower room with WC, one bedroom with a 140cm double bed, and one bedroom with two 90cm single beds. A bathroom with WC, located on the landing, is shared between these last two bedrooms.
