This cottage, situated on a 3.5-hectare estate near the owner's house, accommodates up to two people in a peaceful, green setting. Each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort in all seasons. An unoccupied barn is also located near the cottage, offering complete privacy from the outdoor living spaces.
The cottage is mainly on one level, with circulation on the same level, except for a small interior step separating the living room from the kitchen.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite shower room with WC. The living area comprises a bright living room with a lounge and open-plan kitchen. A separate WC is also located in the utility room, near the kitchen.
The kitchen opens directly onto an outdoor terrace, oriented to ensure the privacy of the occupants. In front of it, a private, fully fenced 500 m² plot completes the outdoor space.
