PYLA-SUR-MER, 1.5 KM FROM THE ARCACHON INTERNATIONAL GOLF COURSE
In a residential and green environment of Pyla-sur-Mer, in the immediate vicinity of the beaches and amenities of Moulleau, pleasant house built on two levels, with three bedrooms, a small garden and several terraces with varied exposures.
On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a bedroom facing southeast with a double bed. A large, fully equipped, separate kitchen includes a dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, four-burner gas hob, and Nespresso machine. A lovely L-shaped living area comprises a dining area and a lounge area with a sofa and television. Upstairs, a landing leads to a master suite consisting of a bedroom with a partially sloping ceiling facing north, featuring a queen-size bed, TV, and an en-suite shower room, as well as a separate toilet. There is also a third, very bright bedroom facing southwest with a double bed. A washing machine is available in the garage. Parking for one or two vehicles is possible in the private driveway leading to the garage, and free street parking is also available. The house boasts three terraces, each with a distinct atmosphere, all furnished with outdoor furniture: a southwest-facing terrace at the front of the house, a second accessible from the kitchen facing northwest and surrounded by greenery, and a third outdoor space by the entrance facing southeast. The house is very well-equipped (Internet/Wi-Fi) and tastefully decorated. Conveniently located on Boulevard d'Arcachon, a lively thoroughfare in Pyla-sur-Mer, traffic can be heavier during the summer months. Arcachon town center is a 7-10 minute drive away, and Pereire beaches are approximately 5 minutes away. Please note that pets are not allowed and linens are not provided.
