POINTE DE L'AIGUILLON, LA TESTE DE BUCH – FACING THE SALES MEADOWS!
In a quiet and well-maintained residential area, this semi-detached house of approximately 70 m² is spread over two levels. It has two bedrooms, two pleasant terraces and a designated parking space.
Upon entering, you'll discover a welcoming living area comprising a lounge and dining space, furnished with a sofa and television, and opening to the south onto a beautiful, unobstructed view of the salt marshes. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, three-burner induction hob, extractor hood, conventional oven, and microwave. A storage cupboard is cleverly integrated under the stairs. Upstairs, the landing leads to a shower room, a separate WC, and two bedrooms. The bedroom, facing south, boasts a lovely view of the salt marshes and direct access to the balcony; it is furnished with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and wardrobe storage. The second bedroom, facing west, also has balcony access, a double bed (140 cm), and storage. The balcony, which runs the entire length of the south and west-facing facade, provides direct access to both bedrooms and pleasantly extends the sleeping areas. Outside, you'll enjoy two lovely terraces, each approximately 30 m². The one at the front of the house faces west, while the one at the rear, facing east, is furnished with a griddle, sun loungers, and garden furniture, perfect for relaxation. Recently renovated, the house is in excellent condition and very well-equipped, including internet access and Wi-Fi. A true haven of peace, it will charm nature lovers with its ever-changing landscapes that shift with the tides. The location is particularly desirable: the beaches of L'Aiguillon are just 600 m away, the center of L'Aiguillon with its local shops is about 650 m away, and the city center of Arcachon is 2.2 km away. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included, with optional enrollment. End-of-stay cleaning is included, provided the accommodation is kept in normal and regular condition during your stay.
