The owner's note, Lola
This small residence is located right on the slopes (ski-in/ski-out). It comprises four floors with an elevator, and the apartments offer beautiful views of the slopes. A pedestrian path near the building provides a 5-minute walk to the resort center and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop close to the residence. On-street parking is available a 5-minute walk away. A garage is also available within the residence.
70m² apartment, ideally located in a residence in Vallandry on the edge of the slope.
Rented for 9 people, it comprises 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140cm), a dormitory-style bedroom with 5 single beds, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet, a kitchen opening onto the dining area and a cozy and comfortable living room (no sleeping accommodations). A garage is available within the residence.
The apartment faces south and has a furnished terrace (table + chairs) so that you can fully enjoy your stay and a very beautiful view of the slopes and the BELLECOTE mountain range.
Amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, conventional oven, induction hob. Television. Garage. Rented with a ski locker located on level 1, direct access to the slopes.

Practical information: Bed linen and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for 7-night stays in winter (excluding summer and short stays). You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
