On the ground floor, the villa opens onto an entrance with a wardrobe, leading to a beautiful, bright living room equipped with a television, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The fitted and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, extractor hood and necessary everyday equipment) also has its own television, offering real comfort during meals with family or friends.
A real asset of the house is its large veranda, furnished with a lounge area and games, perfect for relaxing in any season. You will also find a laundry room with a large freezer, washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet, and a ground-floor bedroom with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, television and en-suite shower room, ideal for added comfort and privacy.
Upstairs, the house has three bedrooms, all equipped with a television:
-two bedrooms with a double bed (140cm),
-a bedroom with a 160cm sofa bed and storage.
A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete the sleeping area.
