Welcome to our charming house located in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, ideal for a family of five. With its two comfortable bedrooms and bright 50 m² living space, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
Our house features a beautiful terrace and a small garden, offering you an outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sun. You'll also benefit from an outdoor parking space in the same building, for easy and convenient parking.
Located just less than a kilometer from the town and supermarket, you'll have all amenities within easy reach. The large sandy beach is just 900 meters away, allowing you to enjoy the ocean and the sun.
Our house is located in a family-friendly and urban area, making it easy to discover the wonders of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and its surroundings.
It consists of a living room with an American kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, a bedroom (140 cm bed), a bathroom with shower and WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, a large bedroom with 2 BZ type benches and a 90 cm bed. For barbecue evenings, you can enjoy the garden furniture, the large terrace and the barbecue.
