This spacious and bright villa offers an ideal living space for a vacation with family or friends. Upon entering, you'll discover a large living area that opens onto a beautiful terrace. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave) invites you to prepare delicious meals to share.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms are at your disposal: one with a double bed and a closet, the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete this floor. You will also find a washing machine in the double garage, as well as a pool table and a ping-pong table for your entertainment.
Upstairs, two further bedrooms await you: one with bunk beds and the other with a double bed. Each bedroom offers unobstructed views of the garden and private heated pool. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also available on this floor.
The 1,000 m² garden is a true haven of peace. You can relax on the deckchairs, share a convivial meal around the barbecue, or enjoy the shade of the covered patio.
