This accommodation is located in a residential leisure park and offers you a living environment that is both functional and peaceful.
For your relaxation, you'll have a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as a pleasant shower room. The major highlight is its superb terrace and balcony offering unobstructed views for your evenings outdoors.
The sleeping arrangements include a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a second bedroom also with a 140x190 double bed and a third bedroom equipped with two 90x190 single beds.
For your complete comfort, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation has a wifi connection to keep you connected during your holiday.
During the summer season, from June 15th to September 15th, you will have access to the condominium's shared swimming pool from 10am to 8pm.
In terms of activities and transport, you'll be ideally located just an 8-minute drive from La Hume beach and 10 minutes from the famous Chez Bidart oyster bar. Shops are easily accessible with an E.Leclerc supermarket a 7-minute drive away, and you'll enjoy the proximity of the town center's restaurants.
The chalet is fully air-conditioned and offers complete amenities such as a coffee machine, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and a private parking space for your vehicle.

Gujan-Mestras is a commune located in the Arcachon basin. Its seafront stretches over 7 kilometers and is home to 7 ports that you can discover thanks to the coastal path; you will be able to observe their boats of all kinds, taste fresh oysters or simply enjoy the landscape and the smell of the sea. A little further on, you will be able to discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of the bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
Discover also the Bassin des Loisirs which offers amusement parks, swimming pool, golf, nightclubs, restaurants and accommodations that will allow you to spend a complete and amusing stay.
