Located in Paris, the accommodation is warm and consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bathroom and a beautiful kitchen, and a living room with access to the BALCONY to relax after an intense day.
You will have at your disposal to have an excellent stay: Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee maker, Refrigerator, Fan, Microwave, Oven.
You will be very well served by public transport to get around the city and its surroundings!
The Louvre Museum is 29 minutes away by metro lines 1-9, the Arc de Triomphe is 24 minutes away by metro lines 6-8, the Eiffel Tower is 25 minutes away by bus line 82 and the Maison de Balzac is 18 minutes away by bus line 52.
You will find many shops nearby, including a Franprix 3 minutes away on foot and a Carrefour Paris Auteuil 5 minutes away on foot.

The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, to the west of the city. It is bordered to the east by the Seine and to the west by the Paris ring road, with the exception of the Bois de Boulogne, which is located on the other side of the road.
The arrondissement is primarily residential, but nonetheless attracts tourists for its numerous museums and notable sites like the Trocadéro and the Bois de Boulogne. It is home to the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-famous sports venues like the Parc des Princes and Roland Garros. Including the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.
