The owner's note, Archi
Treat yourself to a unique break in the heart of Rouen's historic centre, in one of the city's most popular pedestrian streets: Rue Beauvoisine.
Behind a beautiful, secure building, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, L'Adresse Beauvoisine welcomes you to a charming, fully renovated townhouse, designed to combine comfort, elegance and une conciergerie.
Here, you can enjoy the best of both worlds: the bustle of the historic centre at your doorstep, with its shops, restaurants, museums and transport links, while enjoying the precious calm of an inner courtyard once you step inside.
Spread over three floors, this charming house has been carefully renovated to offer a soft, contemporary and warm atmosphere. As soon as you enter, you immediately feel at home: the spaces are harmonious, functional and welcoming, perfect for a stay with your partner, family or friends.
On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, fully fitted and equipped, ideal for preparing a gourmet breakfast before a day of sightseeing, or cooking at your leisure after a stroll around Rouen. You will find everything you need for your stay: crockery, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and much more. A laundry room with a washing machine completes this level for optimal comfort, even during long stays.
Upstairs, a cosy bedroom awaits you, along with an elegant modern shower room and a separate WC. On the top floor, a large, bright bedroom with built-in wardrobe offers a peaceful and intimate space, ideal for resting in complete tranquillity.
Outside, the 20 m² terrace is a real asset. Rare in the city centre, it allows you to enjoy a coffee in the sun, share an al fresco lunch or simply enjoy a moment of calm after a busy day.
L'Adresse Beauvoisine charms with its atmosphere of a hidden gem, its exceptional location and the quality of its amenities. It is the ideal place to discover Rouen on foot, while enjoying a comfortable, quiet and secure cocoon.
Bed linen and towels are provided to ensure you have a comfortable stay from the moment you arrive.
The property does not have private parking, but it is possible to park in the surrounding streets at the standard rates. The Palais de Justice and Hôtel de Ville car parks are also nearby.
The accommodation is managed by the L'ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week, from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00, to assist you throughout your stay.
In order to preserve the quality of the premises and the tranquillity of the neighbourhood, we kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and respect its surroundings. You will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes.
And to prolong the pleasure a little longer, early arrival or late departure may be offered, subject to availability and prior agreement from the concierge team. A single fee of €10 will then be applied.
