This villa boasts a large, landscaped outdoor area with a garden and private pool, fully fenced for your peace and security. From the far end of the garden, you can enjoy a pleasant view of Lake Valcros, adding an extra touch of charm and une conciergerie to the property.
A pétanque court is also available for you to share convivial moments with family or friends, in the purest Provençal tradition.
Several vehicles can be parked inside the property.
Inside, you will find a bright and air-conditioned living/dining room with an open kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped: electric oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A loggia area completes this level.
The main level houses three bedrooms:
- Two bedrooms with double beds 160 x 200 cm
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm)
One of the bedrooms, with a 160cm bed, is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. All bedrooms have wardrobes.
A separate bathroom and a separate toilet complete this level.
On the garden level, you will find an additional space including a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a living room and a bathroom, ideal for more independence.
