The house was designed to guarantee complete privacy. A beautiful terrace with a sheltered section opens onto a commanding view of the surrounding hills. Upstairs, there's a solarium.

Garden level: Living room, dining room with access to the garden and terrace with barbecue. 1 bedroom with air conditioning and shower room with en-suite WC (in this bedroom 1 large bed separable into two 80*200 beds + 1 80*200 bed). A fully equipped open kitchen.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140*200), 1 mezzanine with 1 king-size bed (180*200). The mezzanine can be completely darkened. Shower room with WC. Solarium.
For your comfort: satellite TV, Wi-Fi, baby bed, electric blinds in the living room. The residence offers a 250 m² swimming pool, open all year round (unheated).
To be paid on site: Security deposit 1200 euros (by credit card, not debited) tourist tax (according to current rates), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning 160 euros.
