Ski-in/ski-out access: This residence, located less than a 5-minute walk from shops and right on the slopes, offers quality apartments with stunning views. Access is by car for unloading luggage, and there is a free, covered municipal car park less than 100 meters away. The ground floor entrance is accessible to people with reduced mobility as it leads directly to the elevators.
Please note that the elevators do not serve some floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for some apartments (contact us).
High-quality duplex apartment of approximately 42m2, fully renovated, on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator offering direct access to the slopes.
It comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen, opening onto a large balcony with a south/east view, and a shower room with a separate WC.
Upstairs, there is a sleeping area with bunk beds and two bedrooms with double beds. Please note that the ceiling height upstairs is less than 1.80m.
Amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, ceramic hob, TV, docking station, roller shutter, WIFI. Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds and 1 set of bunk beds (for children only)
Sanitary facilities: a shower room with separate WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds, which must be left clean. The beds must be made properly, with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning all fabrics due to odor
