IN GRAU DU ROI - RIGHT BANK - In a residence 20m from the beach and 600m from the town center, on the 1st floor, a 28m² studio apartment with a sleeping alcove. The entrance comprises a sleeping alcove with a single bed (90cm), a living room with a sofa bed (140cm), a single bed (90cm), TV and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, Senseo coffee machine). There is a shower room with a washing machine and a separate WC. A 3m² balcony offers a partial sea view. The shopping center is 500m away and the town center is 600m. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
