It is in a residence located on the beach of the right bank, very popular area, both close to all amenities and quiet.

This apartment is a two bedroom apartment with elevator on the 1st floor.
It has a bright and cozy living room with sofa bed for 2 people and flat screen, access to a superb terrace with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary utensils for your comfort: Toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc...
The sleeping areas are comfortable: the bedroom has a double bed with storage. The second bedroom can accommodate a 5th person with an additional 90 bed.

The apartments have balcony or terrace overlooking the Sea, the Baie d'Aigues-Mortes, the Grande Motte all to enjoy magical sunsets! Ideally located for everything on foot: Shops, Markets (downtown and Boucanet), Restaurants and Tapas Bars, Cinema. The seaside resort of Grau du Roi allows you to enjoy walks along the shores of the Mediterranean, to ride by bike to the Salins d'Aigues Mortes (green circuits – Bike rental at 300m), and also by pedalos (paillote), by boat (docks), in 4x4 to discover Camargue Gardoise. Nearby Amusement Park: Luna Park and Amigolang, Port-Camargue Thalassotherapy: 3 km facing the South Beach

## IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This residence is located feet in the sand, with a private access through a door at the end of the plot of this residence that leaves directly on the beach of the right bank. The Château Leenhardt residence has a "L" shape and consists of two buildings: Building A and Building B. Both buildings consist of a ground floor + 4 floors with elevators. There is an elevator for Building A and an elevator for Building B. However, in terms of accessibility, the apartments do not meet the "PMR" handicap standards. If the apartment you booked is in building A, the higher you go up the floors, the more you have a beautiful and wide sea view that overlooks the Grande-Motte side with a North West exposure (every sunset in fine weather). On this side of Building A, the residence is built as a limit and right next to it is a communal car park paid from early March to early November, on which can park motorhomes and cars. In no case will this car park at the bottom represent a hindrance to see the sea and our Agency cannot be held responsible for a bad information about the presence of this car park or a false advertisement. It is not specified in our ads that these apartments have sea views in 1st line, on the seafront.
If you have booked an apartment that is in Building B, most of these apartments look inside the residence, so these apartments see the garden of the residence with the parking of the residence before seeing the sea since building B is set back in relation to the sea and in relation to the end of building A. These apartments therefore also have a nice sea view, with South West exposures. They see the sea between building A and the next residence called the Chateau Villégiales.
