Located in a prime location in the heart of the Village of Grau du Roi, this apartment will be a real favorite for those who love to "do everything on foot." Perfectly situated just 100m from the beach, this apartment lets you enjoy convivial moments with family or friends, especially on its sunny terrace.

Located on the floor, the apartment features a beautiful, modern living space with a convertible sofa, TV, and air conditioning. Enjoy a bright and inviting space, decorated with care, for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian-style shower, and there is a separate WC. This apartment is ideal for relaxing while being close to all the amenities and the beach.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional request will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products provided except condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
