The house has a surface area of 80 m² and the separate studio is 15 m². Here is a breakdown of the rooms:
- a closed bedroom with a double bed (160 X 200 bed) and wardrobes;
- a superb mezzanine with a large skylight overlooks everything in the same style and offers a comfortable sofa bed with a 140 x 200 bed;
-an independent studio of 15 square meters, furnished as a second independent bedroom, with a double bed 160 x 200, a walk-in shower room with toilet, a small kitchenette equipped with hobs and a fridge;
- a spacious and beautifully decorated living room, furnished in a contemporary southwest design style and combining the living room and dining room opening onto the outside thanks to large sliding glass doors, which can therefore open completely and disappear into the partition to live completely outside;
- on the sanitary side, a large shower room and a separate WC complete this description;
- let's not forget the laundry area with the washing machine and dryer;
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen;
One more important thing: there is air conditioning installed in the main house as well as in the studio: a reversible air conditioning system providing quality heating and supplementary heating with electric radiators for winter stays.
You can walk around the house and therefore the garden via a wooden walkway, and discover different atmospheres and lights depending on the day...like a promenade deck on a boat!
A garden lounge set and sun loungers are at your disposal, as well as a state-of-the-art electric griddle! The "chic" bonus of this unique house is the secluded spa at the rear (maximum 6 people), allowing you to relax after your day's excursions. This sauna is fully integrated into a slightly raised wooden terrace, providing comfortable seating. A solar shower is available next to the spa: shower before and after for optimal use and perfect hygiene.
Another surprise: a pétanque court in front of the house is also available for games of pétanque with friends or family!

The village centre is 5 minutes away and the 2 beaches of Moliets are 15 minutes away... by bike! These are the Chênes Lièges beach, a quieter and more secluded "green" beach, and the "central" beach of Moliets, with its bars and restaurants nearby: choose according to your mood of the day!

The Moliets pond is a 5-minute walk away, where you can go for a walk or fish!

Just a short 5-minute walk from your doorstep are the Basque pelota court and the village church. Immerse yourself in the vibrant life of Moliets, enjoying the peace and quiet of summer evenings. You're a 15-minute bike ride from Moliets' two beautiful beaches, "Chênes Lièges" and "La Centrale," and close to the international golf courses: everything is easily accessible without a car, at your leisure.
The famous Vélodyssée, the great cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes at the foot of the house, and allows you to take beautiful rides through the pine forests, without difficulties and to arrive at the beaches mentioned above.
