My house is very comfortable, and you'll especially appreciate its two furnished walk-through terraces! You can enjoy your meals there in peace on beautiful sunny days or take a nap away from prying eyes.
Able to accommodate up to 4 people, it is composed of a bedroom and a mezzanine space:
- the bedroom with a double bed of 140x190 and 2 single beds of 90x190 on the mezzanine;
- an open kitchen equipped with a bar/dining area;
- a shower room with closed WC with sliding door;
- a living/dining room opening onto 2 terraces with a television and non-convertible sofa, where you can easily relax.
You'll be staying in a beautiful residence with a shared swimming pool, which is a nice bonus! A mini golf course, for a fee, is available on the residence, as well as a ping pong table.
The two terraces are spacious and private, and include all the necessary furniture, tables, chairs, and umbrellas to protect you from the summer sun. An electric grill and two body boards are available for your use.
You will also have a parking space in front of the house with the possibility of parking 1 vehicle.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each trip.
The village center is an 8-minute bike ride away, and Moliets' two beaches are a 10-minute bike ride away! There's Chênes Lièges, a quieter, more secluded "green" beach, and Moliets' central beach, with its bars and restaurants nearby: choose according to your mood of the day!
Near the house you will find: restaurants, the adrenaline park (10 minutes on foot), a bicycle rental service...
The Moliets Pond is a 5-minute walk away, where you can go for a walk or fish!
Also visit other interesting places such as: the Courant de Huchet, the Ponton du lac d'azur, the Circuit du pont du Loup, the Dinosaure Parc, and many more...
For your daily shopping, you will find a U Express and Drive 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bike, in the town of Moliets, butcher, bakery, pharmacy and a tobacconist/newsagent.

The accommodation is located in the Golf Océan estate, 10 minutes by bike from a very beautiful beach, that of "Chênes Lièges", and the cycle path to get there runs alongside the courses of the International Golf of Moliets which itself is next to the estate: everything is possible without a car, quietly and serenely. The famous Vélodysée, the large cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye passes not far from here, 5 minutes away and allows you to take beautiful walks through the pine forests, without difficulty.
