Warm and well-appointed, the house is fully equipped and has:
3 bedrooms upstairs:
- one with 1 double bed 140 x 190 cms and a wardrobe;
- a second with 2 single beds 0.90 x 190 cms and cupboards/wardrobe;
- a third with 2 bunk beds of 0.90 x 190 cms;
- two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with shower and sink including a WC and another on the floor with bath/shower, sink and a separate WC.
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area with a convertible sofa with a camp bed included which could be suitable for a possible 7th person and as a backup;
A shared swimming pool is available from May to September, 200 meters from the house.
Additionally, there is a parking lot at the end of the tarmac road just 100 meters from the house.
You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay, including: terrace, balcony, television, hairdryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, Air Fryer and small traditional electric oven available if needed, and an electric griddle for use on the terrace.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no washing machine in the accommodation, but a paid laundry room is just 200 meters from the accommodation.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the advantages of the house is its location in absolute calm even in high season, it is located at the end of the real estate program, the neighbor on the left only comes in August and a few weekends a year and no neighbor on the right. Even in case of extreme heat, the pines and cork oaks provide shade which keeps the house cool. The view from the living rooms at the back of the house is magnificent, unobstructed and not overlooked, and for golf lovers and regulars of the international golf course of Moliets, overlooks course number 9!
For your small daily purchases, you will find a “U Express and Drive” supermarket 7 minutes away by car.
In addition, the beach of the cork oaks, far from the crowds, is accessible via the tarmac path located behind the house in 20 minutes on foot. Magnificent beach, more isolated and with intimate access through the golf course, in the heart of nature! Guaranteed to be a favorite! The central beach, more lively, is barely 15 minutes away on foot and you will also have access to a SPAR supermarket, various restaurants and bars..... you just have to choose!
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover places of interest such as:
- Moliets Golf Course 7 minutes away on foot;
- the Adrenaline Parc leisure park, 4 minutes by car;
- the Moliets-et-Maa Tourist Office 5 minutes away by car and many more.

The accommodation is located in the Pierre et Vacances estate, 10 minutes by bike from a very beautiful beach, that of the "cork oaks", a so-called "green" beach, isolated, and the cycle path to get there runs along the courses of the Moliets International Golf Course which is itself next to the estate: everything is possible without a car, quietly and serenely. A second beach, barely 10 minutes by bike, is the "central" beach of Moliets, more lively, in an area of bars and restaurants: so you have the choice depending on your humor of the day! The famous Vélodysée, the large cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye passes not far from here, 5 minutes away and allows you to take beautiful walks through the pine forests, without difficulty. A second beach, the "central" beach of Moliets, more lively, in the restaurant and bar area of Moliets plage is also barely 10 minutes away by bike: you therefore have the choice depending on your mood of the day!
