The house is accessed by a car ramp, at your disposal a double garage, on the same level, there is an entrance hall, a bedroom with 2 twin beds (90*200 cm) and a staircase serving the garden level: a beautiful, very bright living space with a living room of approximately 36 m², in its extension a dining room and the open fitted kitchen; all opening onto the terraces and the swimming pool. A master suite with a double bed (2 twin beds 90*200) a magnificent bathroom (shower + bathtub and WC) and a dressing room, two other bedrooms with double beds (twin beds 90*200) share a shower room with WC and 1 separate WC.
