Large rustic finca in Mallorcan style for 8 people. Large pool, terraces and garden between Cas Concos y Santanyi.
The finca is distributed over two floors. The dining area is located on the ground floor right at the entrance. Next to it is the rustic, well-equipped kitchen. On the other side, overlooking the pool area, is the very spacious living room with access to the veranda and the external dining area. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. The utility room is next to the kitchen.
On the floor there are three further bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor area is very beautiful and spacious. With a large swimming pool, terraces, garden, which is partly landscaped and partly natural. There is a brick barbecue and several areas where you can dine and relax.
A table tennis table is available.
There is also a tennis court on the property, which is not maintained and is therefore not in the best condition due to environmental influences. Nevertheless, it can be used for family fun at your own risk.
