Spacious country house with 4 bedrooms and private pool for rent in the south of Mallorca. The small village of Alqueria Blanca is only 1.5 km away and the beautiful sandy bay of Cala Mondragó is less than 8 km away. Santanyí and Porto Petro are approx. 6 km away.
The outdoor area offers covered terraces and a large sun terrace with a beautiful pool in the centre. The elevated position offers spectacular panoramic views.
Spacious, two-storey country house with generous outdoor area and panoramic views. From the entrance you enter a large living room with French doors leading to the terraces and pool area. The dining room is located between the living room and the kitchen. Spacious kitchen with breakfast table, a pantry and access to the covered terrace. A utility room is located next to the kitchen. There are also three double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with 2 single beds pushed together. One of the rooms has an en suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms share an adjoining shower room. Guest WC. The master bedroom is located on the floor. It has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower. A staircase leads to two marvellous sun terraces, one facing east and the other west.
