Finca with tennis court for 10 people + 2 children, for rent in a quiet rural area just 5 km from the small village of Cas Concos and 7 km from Santanyí. An ideal location, only a short drive to shops, restaurants and weekly markets. The finca is 11 km from beaches such as Cala Santanyi or 13 km from the Mondragó Natural Park with the beaches of Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador.
Traditional house in rustic Mallorcan style with main house and a small casita. In the main house. The entrance leads directly into the living and dining area. Kitchen and laundry room. Double bedroom with exit to the outside and bathroom en suite. Bedroom with single beds and bathroom en suite. On the floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (two single beds pushed together), an en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding area. There are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds and en-suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms also has access to the terrace. Near the pool there is a small cottage, the casita, with a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen area with fridge and a 2-burner cooker and dining area. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
