This newly built finca is situated in an absolutely quiet rural location just 3 km from the charming harbour town of Porto Petro with lovely restaurants with harbour views, cafés and several shops. The Mondrago nature reserve is a 10-minute drive away with its beautiful sandy bays, which are ideal for swimming and various long walks. The lively tourist resort of Cala D'Or with various sandy bays, an almost inexhaustible choice of restaurants and the marina is 5 minutes away by car. In Cala D'Or there are opportunities for various water sports or to discover the beautiful south-east coast of Mallorca on a glass-bottom boat trip. Golfers can indulge in their hobby on the Vall D'Or golf course, which is only 15 minutes away by car.
Verdal is a beautiful newly built country house in a rustic style. The two-storey house has spacious bedrooms with plenty of natural light and exterior walls clad in natural stone. From the large hall you have access to the open-plan living and dining area with glass doors that lead directly to the terrace and the pool. The spacious kitchen is very well equipped and has a breakfast table and a service room, where the washing machine is also located. On this level is the master bedroom with a beautiful wooden double bed and en suite shower room and access to the terrace and pool. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, all with their own private balcony terrace and fantastic views of the countryside and the sea in the distance. One bedroom has a double bed and a large corner bathroom en suite. The other two bedrooms are furnished with single beds and share a separate bathroom.
The three bedrooms on the upper floor have hot/cold air conditioning with fixed operating times from 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 07:00.
The house was built on a rural plot of approx. 8000 m2 with open views of the surrounding fields with carob trees, wild olive trees and distant sea views. To the rear of the house is the sun terrace and pool. A brick-built barbecue with dining table provide the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals with fabulous views. The large pool (10.5 m x 5 m, depth min. 1.25 m, max. 1.80 m) with brick steps is the ideal place to relax on those long hot summer days. The entire property is fenced in with traditional natural stone walls and has a lockable access gate.
