Verdal is a beautiful newly built country house in a rustic style. The two-storey house has spacious bedrooms with plenty of natural light and exterior walls clad in natural stone. The house was built on a rural plot of approx. 8000 m2 with open views of the surrounding fields with carob trees, wild olive trees and distant sea views. To the rear of the house is the sun terrace and pool. A brick-built barbecue with dining table provide the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals with fabulous views. The large pool (10.5 m x 5 m, depth min. 1.25 m, max. 1.80 m) with brick steps is the ideal place to relax on those long hot summer days. The entire property is fenced in with traditional natural stone walls and has a lockable access gate.
