This dreamlike country house is located in the middle of the picturesque and dreamy landscape of the south-east, between the typical villages of Santanyi and Cas Concos. The beaches of Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards, S'Almunia and the enchanting bay of Cala Mondrago in the middle of the nature reserve are just a few kilometres away, and the tourist resort of Cala D'Or can be reached in 15 minutes by car. There you will find small sandy coves and a wide range of exclusive boutiques, restaurants, bars and nightlife.
Finca Parra is a dreamlike country house with spacious, bright rooms and high-quality, tasteful furnishings that give the house the flair of a summer residence. The entrance area leads directly into the comfortable and spacious living/dining area. Several large glass doors let in the sunlight and connect the room with the spacious outdoor terrace. The fully equipped country kitchen can be entered through both the living area and the dining area and has access to a covered terrace that leads to the outdoor kitchen. There are also 3 spacious and bright double bedrooms on the ground floor. One with 2 single beds, direct terrace access and en suite bathroom, the other two, one with a double bed, the other also with 2 single beds, share a shower room with walk-in shower. This shower room is handicapped accessible. A guest toilet completes the ground floor. There are 2 large double bedrooms on the upper floor. Both are equipped with single beds and en suite shower rooms and each has a small covered terrace where you can relax in the evening and gaze at the beautiful starry sky. When you get up in the morning, you are greeted by a unique view over the countryside with almond trees, the beautiful church of Santanyi and the island of Cabrera. Air conditioning in the kitchen from 08:00 to 10:00 and 12:00 to 14:00 and in the bedrooms from 20h to 07h
The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and offers various sun and shade areas to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of country life, simply to unwind. The garden is laid to lawn and bordered by palm, fig and almond trees. The 12m x 4m pool with a depth of 1.00m - 1.75m and Roman steps invites you to take a refreshing dip, while the sun loungers dotted around it are perfect for sunbathing. A covered terrace entwined with bright bouganvilleas is the focal point for summer meals in the open air, as here you will find the outdoor kitchen with a large sink, a large, brick-built barbecue and beautiful outdoor furniture for cosy barbecue evenings. The plot is separated by the dry stone walls so typical of Mallorca and offers children plenty of space to play and run around. As a highlight, there is even a private playground. The pool can be fenced off for children free of charge on request.
