Semi-detached country house with 6 bedrooms and private pool on the outskirts of Porto Petro, Mallorca. This country house, which is located just 800 metres from the small harbour of Porto Petro, has been completely renovated, taking into account and integrating typical features of the area, giving the house an attractive rustic touch.

Two-storey country house. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with access to an open-plan kitchen with a large dining table. A pantry and the utility room are located next to the kitchen. This floor also offers two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds; each room with bath or shower en suite - one of the bathrooms is wheelchair accessible. Guest toilet next to the living room. There are three further bedrooms on the floor. One with a double bed and one with two single beds; each with an en suite bathroom. The 3rd double bedroom is an outside room with a double bed (two mattresses together) and integrated shower room.
