This pretty villa is situated in a privileged location above the bay of Cala Esmeralda and offers wonderful sea views from the roof terrace. A beautiful bay in the holiday resort of Cala Dor on the south-east coast of Mallorca. A walk of less than 10 minutes will take you to two wonderful beaches. In the centre of the small town, just a 12-minute walk away, there is a pedestrian zone with shops, open-air bars, restaurants and cafés. The famous fashionable marina is also worth a visit
Villa Gran Mar is built in the old Ibizan style. A short path leads to the house through a small garden with a lawn. The entrance area leads into the spacious, bright and cosily furnished living/dining room. Patio doors open out to the pool area and a further private terrace, a perfect place for al fresco dining. You have a well-equipped modern kitchen. From the living room you enter a beautiful double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access to the terrace and pool area. A further bedroom is located on the opposite side of the living room. Steps lead from the dining area to the floor. There is a seating area here. Large French windows allow you to enjoy the fantastic sea view and access to the terrace, which is also equipped with a seating area. From this living room there is access to the 3rd bedroom with en-suite shower room, which also has access to the terrace.
The washing machine is located in the garage
The terrace is divided into two levels and is equipped with sun loungers and dining areas. The beautiful kidney-shaped pool has a shallow end and child-friendly steps. From here you can reach the sun terrace with fantastic sea views, an ideal place to enjoy your private sunbathing.
