Esmeralda is a very spacious house in an excellent location, just 250 metres from the beautiful sandy bay of Cala Esmeralda and 600 metres from the bay of Cala Gran. The centre of Cala D'Or is approx. 700 m away and offers a pedestrian zone with a large sn of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques.
The villa offers plenty of natural light and is built on 2 independent levels in Ibizan style.
From the entrance you enter the spacious, bright and open-plan living/dining area. From the living area and the elegantly integrated kitchen you have access to the pool. In the adjoining room there is a wine fridge with integrated high table and stylish bar stools for cosy moments. On this level there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the outside. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has two single beds.
The floor can be reached from the garden via an external staircase. We enter the bright, spacious master bedroom, which has a semi-circular bay window with a modern bathtub and partial sea views. The bathroom is fully integrated. On this level we find two further bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One of them with balcony.
The house offers air conditioning hot/cold with fixed and limited hours of use.
At the front there is a spacious garden. Two vehicles can be parked on the side access path. The pool in an original shape with brick steps is located at the rear of the house. On one side of the pool there is a covered area with table and chairs and a Weber gas barbecue so that meals can be enjoyed "al fresco". On the other side of the pool there is a pergola with a small chill-out corner. A service room with washing machine is also located at the back of the house.
On the roof terrace, which can only be accessed by children under parental supervision, there is another chill-out area with a magnificent sea view.
