The holiday home Cubells is located at the entrance to Cala d'Or, in a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a large supermarket very close to the house and the centre of Cala d'Or is only 500 m away.
With its white exterior walls, the Cubells holiday home is in the traditional Ibiza style. It has a large entrance terrace as well as a further covered terrace at the rear and a small, well-kept garden with a round pool. On the ground floor is the living and dining area with a modern and well-equipped American kitchen. There is also one of the bedrooms with direct access to the garden and a bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has a balcony. The bedrooms on the upper floor share a modern shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. In addition, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with fixed operating hours from 14:00 to 16:00 and 21:30 to 9:00.
From the entrance terrace and also via the bedroom you reach the garden with covered terrace, a brick barbecue and the round pool (4 m diameter, depth 1.5 m) for exclusive use. The garden has a privacy screen and ornamental shrubs to the neighbouring property. There is a playground approx. 200 metres from the house.

The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, the final cleaning, as well as the following additional costs (electricity, water, gas).
A high chair and a cot (60 x 120 cm) can be provided free of charge.
The heart of Cala d'Or is the pedestrianised area with restaurants, cafés, live music bars, shops and boutiques. There are several sandy coves in Cala d'Or, Cala Gran is approx. 900 metres away, Cala d'Or and Cala Esmeralda in Cala Ferrera are also within easy reach. Enjoy various water sports, visit the exclusive marina with great restaurants. It is possible to enjoy excursions on board a sailing boat or glass-bottom boat and get to know the south-east coast of Mallorca with its beautiful sandy coves, original fishing harbours or the Mondragó Natural Park.
