Completely renovated villa in a very modern style; stylish furniture and decoration in neutral tones that give a warm and very pleasant atmosphere. The entrance leads into the living room with pool and sea views. Right next to it is the open-plan, well-equipped kitchen with a large dining area. Both the living room and the kitchen/dining area offer uninterrupted views of the open sea and the pool. A feast for the eyes in blue. Large sliding doors lead to the terrace and pool. Next to the kitchen is the laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer and an exit to the front garden with lawn and breakfast nook. there are 3 bedrooms in the main house. Each with a double bed and en-suite shower room. Guest toilet in the entrance area. From the garden there is access to the annexe, which has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There we also find a lounge with darts and board games not only for children, as well as some fitness equipment such as dumbbells etc. Shaded breakfast table in the front garden, next to the kitchen. At the back of the house you can enjoy a breathtaking marvellous sea view. There is a table and chairs for al fresco dining, a "Weber" gas barbecue, a chill-out area for cosy evenings and sun loungers with parasols. Fantastic infinity pool with sun terrace and two adjoining cushioned areas for sunbathing.
Not forgetting the direct access to the sea via a lockable garden gate and steps down to the rocks. A ladder then leads into the sea. A carefree and carefree holiday from morning to night is guaranteed at Villa Lago.
