Spacious 4-bedroom villa with private pool in the centre of Cala D'Or, Mallorca. The villa impresses with its great location with direct access to the small sandy bay of Cala Dor in the centre of Cala D'Or on Mallorca.
On the lower level is the infinity pool and a cosy covered barbecue area with a table, pantry, fridge and outdoor sink. Outdoor shower available. The sandy cove can be reached from the pool area through the garden.
This spacious, light and airy villa consists of several levels. On the street level there is a spacious open-plan living/dining room with access to the covered terrace overlooking the lower pool area - this terrace also offers a vertical awning. The modern and large kitchen is equipped with a further dining table. Utility room and guest WC available. There is also the master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, as well as two twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom. On the upper floor there is a very spacious twin bedroom with an open-plan bathroom with shower.
