Villa Pineda consists of a main house and a separate outbuilding for a total of 12 people in the centre of Cala Dor. The villa is in a great location in a quiet street between the two sandy coves of Cala Gran and Cala D'Or. Ideal for a holiday for families or groups of friends. The villa has a pool and a large garden. Pineda consists of a main house and an outbuilding. The main house offers on the ground floor a living / dining room with access to the covered terrace and the pool. The renovated kitchen leads into a second room with table and chairs. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds and en suite shower rooms. Guest toilet. From the entrance a staircase leads to a second living room. Another staircase leads to the floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both rooms share a shower room. The outbuilding is located at the end of the garden. An external staircase leads to the 1st floor. From the entrance you enter the small living room with access to a terrace. The hallway leads to two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a separate bathroom with bathtub. There is NO air conditioning in the annexe. The bedrooms in the main house have hot/cold air conditioning with set hours of use.The outside area offers a large garden with pine trees between the main house and the annexe. The main house offers two spacious covered terraces; one overlooking the pool area with outdoor furniture, the other terrace is in front of the house entrance. The pool area is beautifully planted with palm trees and a colourful bouganvillea and the bedrooms in the main house have hot/cold air conditioning with set and limited hours of use.
The lively centre with a large sn of restaurants and shopping facilities is only 400m away. Street artists and bars with live music add flair to the lively resort and invite you to take an evening stroll. A visit to the exclusive marina of Cala D'Or, with its terraced restaurants, is also a must. Here you can enjoy an excellent meal with a view of the yachts returning from their day trips. The well-known golf course of Vall d'Or, with its well-kept green, can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Even guests who do not play golf can enjoy the beautiful ambience and the outstanding view over the landscape while having a snack in the club restaurant. The romantic and authentic fishing villages of Porto Colom and Porto Petro and the beautiful beaches of the Cala Mondrago nature reserve are just a stone's throw away.
