The centre of Cala Dor with beautiful sandy coves, a large sn of restaurants, shops and entertainment venues is just a short walk away.
The renovated Fleming holiday home is distributed over two floors. Directly from the entrance of the house we find an open space with the dining table on the left, the living area with Smart TV and the directly adjacent open-plan kitchenette. From here you have access to the rear of the house, where you will find the refreshing pool with sun loungers, a beautifully designed outdoor area under a porch and the brick-built charcoal barbecue. The kitchen also leads to the utility room, where the fridge and washing machine are located.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. Between the two bedrooms is the shared bathroom with bath and shower.
An internal staircase leads to the floor with a second living area with satellite TV; a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Two steps lead to the last bedroom which has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The bedrooms have air conditioning with fixed and limited hours of use.
In the front area you will find a covered veranda with dining table. Artificial grass garden with table tennis table. To the side is a parking space for 2 to 3 hire cars. At the rear of the house is the beautiful pool. A pergola with another dining table and a charcoal barbecue round off this area. There are 8 sun loungers for sun worshippers.
