Newly built holiday home with 3 bedrooms and private pool in Porto Colom, a beautiful natural harbour in the southeast of Mallorca, where you can enjoy water sports, swimming on beautiful sandy beaches as well as restaurants and walks by the sea.
Private infinity pool with partial views of the beautiful bay of Portocolom.
Very spacious and bright villa built in a contemporary style and with high quality elements. A few steps lead to the entrance hall and the open-plan living room decorated in a minimalist style with large glass doors leading to the covered terrace and the pool. Here you can enjoy a partial distant view of the bay of Porto Colom. From the living room you reach the open-plan kitchen with a large dining area of exquisite design. Adjacent is a pantry. From the kitchen you reach the side veranda with table and chairs. Next to it is the barbecue area and the laundry room. The house has three bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds joined together and two further bedrooms with double beds. Each room has an en suite bathroom.
