Fantastic villa with four bedrooms, fresh stylish decor with a feel-good factor. The villa is located in a quiet residential area in Porto Colom, Mallorca and boasts a large garden with several dining and chill-out areas and a beautiful pool.
Fantastic large and very well-kept garden with pool and various beautiful and high-quality chill areas. Brick-built modern outdoor barbecue. There is also a large checkers game with huge game pieces for children and adults.
Two-storey villa. On the ground floor there is the living room with access to the spacious covered terrace and pool area, a well-equipped kitchen with pantry, a spacious dining table and access to the terrace. A utility room and guest WC are located next to the kitchen. There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom with a double bed - without air conditioning - and one bedroom with two single beds share a separate shower room. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed - two single mattresses - and en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. This room has access to the terrace. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the master bedroom with an integrated, open-plan shower room and access to a private terrace with a lovely chill-out area.
