Villa for 12 people for rent on the outskirts of Portocolom, Mallorca. The house offers a large outdoor area with many amenities for an unforgettable holiday. Large swimming pool, chill-out area, several barbecues, games for children and garden with lawns and a small pond with fish.
House on two floors, each of the 2 floors has a kitchen and a living room, on the ground floor there is a kitchen with breakfast bar, the living room with dining table and 3 bedrooms. One with two single beds pushed together (can be made up as two single beds or a double bed) and en suite shower room. Another bedroom with two single beds and the 3rd bedroom with a double bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and separate shower and an external staircase at the side of the house leads to the floor, where there is a second living room with access to a comfortable terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is next to the living room. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a double bed (two mattresses together) and finally a bedroom with two single beds. These bedrooms share two separate shower rooms.
Beautiful outdoor area with a lovely lawned garden and a small pond, large pool with massage jets on the steps and a terrace that offers several areas to relax. There is a large covered area fully equipped with tables, chairs, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor bathroom, several barbecues and a wood-burning oven. Table tennis table available. Games such as darts, cards etc. are also available and the cleaning staff live in a small cottage in the garden.
