Spacious Mallorcan rustic-style house for rent for 8 people, in a beautiful, quiet location with spectacular panoramic views. Enjoy a well-kept outdoor area with views. A privileged location at the foot of a hill, just 5 km from Felanitx and 13.8 km from the beaches of Porto Colom and Cala Dor.
Carritxo is a spacious Mallorcan country-style house spread over two floors. The exterior is clad in natural stone. The interior has high ceilings with wooden beams.
The entrance leads to the distributor and the living room. In the other part of the hallway is the dining room with a large table for 8 people and the kitchen with another table for breakfast. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Laundry room next to the kitchen.
On the floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed has access to a terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding area. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share two bathrooms with a bathtub. Here you will also find two lounge areas with sofas, ideal for relaxing or reading.
Air conditioning in the bedroom on the ground floor and in the double bedroom on the floor. Fixed, limited times of use.
The outside area of the house is very well maintained and has sun and shade areas by the large pool, perfect for relaxing. It has a brick barbecue and another large gas barbecue. Table tennis table, a swing for the children and an area for playing pentanque lawn bowling.
NOTE: There is no intermediate cleaning or change of towels/bed linen during the stay.
A cleaning service can be requested at an additional cost.
