Margarita Cas Concos is a former farmhouse, built on a rural plot with 3 houses near the small village of Cas Concos.
The finca is built and furnished in traditional finca style. From the entrance you enter directly into the open-plan living room. The kitchen has a dining table and access to the terrace. Furthermore, the ground floor offers a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite. The two further bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, are located on the upper floor and share a bathroom. There is a covered barbecue and dining area on the terrace. There is an outside bathroom with WC and shower as well as a utility room with washing machine. The really beautiful pool area with lawns begins slightly elevated behind the terrace. The pool measures 12 x 5 metres and offers wonderful bathing fun. As the area can be reached via a few steps and is fenced, the gate can be used as a child safety gate for smaller children if desired.
