Traditional two-storey country house with a spacious and beautiful outdoor area.
On the ground floor, the living and dining rooms are connected by a round arch and have access to a small terrace with panoramic views of the coast and access to the pool area. The kitchen, which is equipped for holiday use, also has another side door with access to the outside and pool area. The ground floor also has two double bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms with double beds and a separate bathroom. From the hallway you have access to a lovely terrace with a seating area, where you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic views as far as the sea 6 kilometres away.
The outdoor area is characterised by the pool, which can be fenced off on request. The veranda next to the pool is partially covered and there is a brick barbecue. Only charcoal may be used and NO open fires may be made, as there is a high risk of fire, especially in midsummer due to the pine trees. A lovely dining area to enjoy meals outdoors with a beautiful view rounds off the outdoor area.
You will find the washing machine in the utility room to the side of the house.
